Over the past three decades the team at The ResortClubs has worked in the most desirable destination resorts in the world creating and managing traditional hotels as well as internationally renowned resorts that have some form of vacation real estate ownership in their structure. As a result we know how to effectively engineer a project to incorporate a condominium component or, if applicable, introduce a more traditional hotel structure into a whole or fractional ownership condominium project. Our ability to understand the needs of the resort guest, the vacation homeowner, and the project developer allows us to “unpack” complex mixed-use developments and restructure them for future success.

As Hoteliers, with decades of experience in luxury hotels and resorts, we have lived through multiple economic upheavals and enjoyed the ensuing boom periods.
