The Sky Lodge
Park City, Utah

This master planned development is located in the epicenter of the historic downtown of Park City, Utah. CloudNine has managed the four year site assemblage and entitlement process for this project which went under construction in April of 2006 and will open in the fall of 2007.

Sky Lodge

The center piece of the resort master plan is the development of the first five star condominium hotel. The Sky Lodge is an all-suite residential hotel that will include 22 condominium units consisting of two and three bedroom club residences, a boutique destination spa, fitness center with indoor lap pool, meeting facilities, and a roof top owners retreat. With unobstructed views over historic Old Town and the mountains and ski runs of Park City, each luxurious residence will enjoy spacious living areas with fireplaces and decks, fully equipped kitchens, lavish bathrooms and state of the art entertainment centers with flat screen televisions.

The Sky Plaza

Surrounding the Sky Lodge is a pedestrian plaza accentuated by three historic buildings. Within these buildings are Zoom Restaurant, operated by Robert Redford’s Sundance Group, and Easy Street Brasserie which is operated by CloudNine. CloudNine ResortClubs will serve as the management company, the real estate marketing manager and development manager for the project - creating operating concepts, coordinating the design development tasks and overseeing all development and development and ResortClub membership sales activities for the project. Once complete the group will assume all aspects of the long term resort management.

Napa Valley
Calistoga, California

CloudNine ResortClubs has purchased a winery and inn property in the town of Calistoga and will redevelop this 22 acres site over the next two years. The property has an estate vineyards and an on site award winning winery as well as a natural mineral hot spring.

Working the Design Team, CloudNine Resorts has developed a master plan for the property that will create a wine country ResortClub with thirty-four cottages, restaurant, a destination mineral hot springs spa, and award-winning winery. The overarching goal is to marry the inherent resources of the site – the vineyards and winery, the abundance of mineral hot springs water, and the proximity to the Village of Calistoga – with a design palette that incorporates the unique look and feel of the wine country to create a one of a kind resort that showcases the Napa Valley lifestyle.
