The project originally envisioned and entitled to be a mid tier limited service hotel that would target the 3 star leisure and group market segments. ResortClubs was retained by the ownership to evaluate the market and site location. The company was later engaged to develop the resort programming, assist in the design development, and create the operating standards, and establish the financial pro forma and guidelines for the project.
Overlooking the village and mountains of Lake Placid, the Lodge is a fractional ownership resort development with a main lodge with 90 suites, destination spa, restaurant, meeting facilities, year around outdoor pool and ice skating rink. The project was the first fractional ownership resort in the northeast to receive a AAA Four Diamond award in its first year of operations and is currently ranked as the 14th best resort in North America by Travel & Leisure
