Seventh Mountain Resort - Bend, Oregon

The Inn of the Seventh Mountain was a mid tier vacation condominium project developed in the 1980’s that fell into total disrepair, was closed and eventually placed into foreclosure. ResortClubs was retained to bring this condominium resort project out of foreclosure and develop the master plan to revitalize the commercial core and residential condominiums operations.

The property was in need of capital investments to the commercial facilities as well as the individually owned condominium units which were very dated. A master plan with a five-year investment program was designed and put in place with the cooperation of the HOA. With this plan in place a new investment group was attracted to the property which resulted in the execution of the revitalization plans.
