The project was faced with a stalled development process due to change by ownership from a traditional hotel program to a luxury condo hotel plan. ResortClubs was retained to complete the new entitlement and rework the development plan with the City Planning Department. Re engineered the resort master plan and negotiated a "zero cost" land swap with the City that resulted in unanimous approvals by City Council.

Coordinated all aspects of the redesign and reprogramming of the resort project to accommodate a condo hotel structure and oversaw the construction of the project.

Developed on seven acres in the center of Park City, Utah this four diamond condominium resort project is a development of 100 deeded condominium units with a restaurant and bar, conference space, and a 10,000 square foot spa and fitness facility. The project residential component was completely sold out by opening date.
